DREAM maintains a manual accounting system. Currently accounts are written by a professional accountant by following standard accounting procedures. The organization employs a part-time accountant and an external chartered accountant. A record of all day-to-day transactions are retained with appropriate documentation and supporting vouchers. The Accountant keeps a tight control over financial expenditures and adhering to the guidelines of the funding agencies. The financial progress is periodically reviewed as against the budget.
